We are pleased to announce our NEW CULINARY SPACE! All culinary classes will now take place in building W-3 Classroom 302.
All Skill Levels, Ages 18 and up

Learn the secrets to preparing a brunch that will have people talking; from crepes to a surprise benedict. Don’t forget how to make the perfect omelet! Not to mention the perfect brunch cocktails. (Meets in W-3, Classroom 302.)
Summer Quarter (1 day workshop)
Session A: Sat June 13 (11am-2pm)
Session B: Sat August 8 (11am-2pm)
(Materials cost of $30 per student covers fresh foods used in class, payable to instructor at class.)
Intermediate, Ages 16 and up

This sequential course builds on the skills & techniques covered in the Introduction to Culinary Arts course. This course is recommended for people who already have a strong culinary foundation and simply want to enhance their cooking skills and improve their technique. (Meets in W-3, Classroom 302.)

Week 2 – Poultry
Week 3 – Meats
Week 4 – Fish
Week 5 – Seafood
Week 6 – Appetizers & Bring a friend!
